First Day Forms - Loudenslager

Parents/Guardians,

In an effort to make the process for completing our mandatory school forms easier, we have transitioned the majority of the forms for Loudenslager students to an online platform through the Genesis Parent Portal. These important documents are located in the Forms section of your Genesis Parent Portal Account. 

Student Emergency Contact Information
It is important for the Main Office to maintain current information on each child in the event of an emergency. Please review the list of contacts for your child and make any necessary changes.

Student Handbook
The Loudenslager Student Handbook contains information about important dates, procedures, academic grading policies, health policies, and the support services available to students during the 2023 - 2024 School Year. You can access the student handbook by Clicking Here or through our school website under the parents tab. Please review the handbook and acknowledge that you have read and understand its contents in the Genesis Parent Portal.

Student Code of Conduct
The school’s main concern is the education and safety of your child. In order to ensure that this  takes place, all students must obey the rules and regulations that have been established by the  school. Please  encourage your child to follow all the rules and regulations that have been established so that the  effectiveness of our educational program can be maximized. You can access the Loudenslager Elementary School Code of Conduct by Clicking Here or via the school's website under the parents tab. Please review the Student Code of Conduct and acknowledge that you have read and understand its contents through the Genesis Parent Portal.

Student Dress Code
The Paulsboro Board of Education hereby adopts a mandatory school dress code policy for  students in grades Pre-K through twelfth. A school dress code is a positive and creative way to reduce discipline problems, prevent future discipline problems from occurring, and increase school safety. The Board firmly believes dress code enforcement begins at home.  Parents/Guardians have the primary responsibility to ensure that their children understand and adhere to the Paulsboro Public Schools’ dress code, and arrive at school appropriately dressed and groomed.  You can access the Student Dress Code Policy by Clicking Here or via the school's website under the parents tab. Please review the Dress Code and acknowledge that you have read and understand its contents through the Genesis Parent Portal.

Photo Release Form
The Photo Release form indicates whether or not you give permission for your child to be photographed during district or school activities. These pictures are utilized for in-house bulletin boards and specific events may be posted on the school’s social media sites.

Dismissal Method
Please select the planned dismissal method your student will utilize at the conclusion of each school day. If you registered for the JOY Program, we will automatically update your child’s dismissal preference when the JOY roster is made official closer to the start of the school year.
